DESIGN BRIEF
This is where we get to know you and learn about your needs, how you currently use your kitchen, what works and what doesn’t. We would be delighted to meet in your own home or here in the design studio.
A detailed brief is taken to establish your individual requirements for the space in terms of function, aesthetics and budget. Colours, finishes and appliances will be discussed generally, however no specific decisions need to be made at this point. We will then begin work on your kitchen design and ask you to return to the studio to be presented with our initial design proposal.

At this stage we will now present our design proposal on a large screen using the latest interior design software. We create photo like images for you to visualise your kitchen design. We consider every detail, whether that be the inclusion of any existing features within a renovation project, a new build property, or an extension to your home. We will show you how your dream kitchen will look once complete.
After an in-depth discussion of the design, you will have both the knowledge and passion for our proposal. A detailed quote will also be presented for your consideration. At this point of the journey, we will have provided you with sufficient information that you will feel excited to proceed to the next stage, i.e. commissioning us to take on the project.

ORDER DELIVERY
To confirm your order a signed contract and a deposit payment will be required. The final detailed service drawings will then be completed and issued to all appropriate parties. All component parts for your kitchen are placed on order with our suppliers and delivery into our warehouse is normally no more than12 weeks from order.
We aim to take delivery of all parts for your project well before they are required on site. This ensures that we have everything in place to arrive on the designated day to begin installation. We would request any balance amounts be paid in full ten business days prior to delivery, with an agreed retention payable on completion of works, and only when you are 100% satisfied with your new Poggenpohl kitchen.

During installation our design team is available to visit your site as often as necessary to remain in close contact with our fitters and your contractors and to answer any queries that you may have.
We normally recommend that your contractor’s plumber and electrician attend site during the final days of our installation to connect any appliances to the services. After installation is completed to your satisfaction, our designer will make a visit to offer help and advice on how to maximise the usage of your new kitchen and all the functions originally discussed.
